The LOL stands for "Love Our Lurkers", the day dedicated to all of you who would like to join us, but still are in the shadows, unsure of whether it's ok to comment. Today's the day we coax you out and welcome you to this wonderful community!
I wasn't going to participate with everyone because lately I haven't been able to be a part of Blogland hardly at all, but some friends convinced me, and they're right, so here I am. Because this day is super important. You're important, dear lurker!
Today we celebrate you!
Before I started this blog, I wrote my thoughts in a notebook I have. I stopped doing that and started this blog instead, because we're so much stronger supporting each other than we are by ourselves. More than anything else, I write now so I can help others. I'm hoping you learn from my mistakes (or at least be entertained, ha!), and gain some insight you may not have known. So if that's happened, make my day and let me know! Not to mention, I've gained so much from hearing other perspectives. And because of that, I love to hear what others have to say. What you have to say!

I want to encourage you to join us, because it's such a great place for support, even if you don't have a blog. Some of my best friends have come from here, and it definitely makes this journey easier. Of course, if you decide to start one though, make sure you let me know! And in the meantime, comment as much as you want, I'd love to hear your thoughts, and I know everyone in our community will say the same :)
DeleteThank you, you are very kind-- it is nice to meet others that have shared experiences. I do write a little on a private blog. It is something that he can access during the day just to see what I am thinking. His corporate office routes emails, text, and messages through their system and can access them at any time. We just learned from several employees that personal issues had been brought up in meetings with upper management. Now, he will carry two phones-one business and one private. Funny though- if they read his, they will assume that he is having an affair with someone named Kate. That could spice things up at the office. :-)
